Collaborative drawing allows families to communicate thoughts and emotions beyond words, yet the meanings parents intend and the experiences children feel often diverge and remain unexamined without professional support. Inspired by design principles established through a formative study with three art therapists, we present an AI-mediated collaborative drawing system that supports parental reflection on parent-child interactions by capturing multimodal behavioral data during turn-based co-drawing, generating dual-perspective reflective questions, and synthesizing inputs into personalized parenting insight reports. A user study with 10 parent-child dyads demonstrated high intention to use the proposed system (M = 6.05), with parents discovering unexpected aspects of children's experiences. Expert evaluation with five art therapists showed positive clinical appropriateness (M = 5.72), particularly for surfacing perceptual gaps between parent intentions and child experiences, while underscoring the importance of professional review. This work offers design implications for family-centered AI systems that support reflection by mediating dialogue rather than evaluating parent-child relationships.
