With the rapid development of flexible pressure sensors, their applications have expanded into various fields, including human health monitoring and intelligent interaction. However, significant challenges remain in the consistency of repeated sensor preparation and the stability of sensing performance. In this paper, we design an ionic pressure sensor (IPS) using a template method, which consists of two layers of conductive knit tape electrodes, a layer of composite elastic film with ordered hemispherical microstructures, and two polyimide (PI) encapsulation layers. This distinctive structure endows the sensor with exceptional sensitivity (0.8801 kPa−1), an extensive detection range (150 kPa), rapid response/recovery times (< 5.6 ms), and an ultralow detection limit (1 Pa). In addition, through the optimization of the experimental procedures, the high repeatability of the above-mentioned performance was successfully achieved. Meanwhile, by bonding the ionic liquid and thermoplastic polyurethane molecular chains, the stability of the system was significantly enhanced, enabling it to withstand over 6500 pressure cycles without performance degradation. These advantages have been validated through applications in various scenarios, such as human motion detection and Morse code interpretation. Furthermore, the sensor demonstrates excellent photothermal conversion capabilities, underscoring its substantial potential in the healthcare sector. Lastly, we developed a 6 × 6 pixel sensor array capable of recognizing and differentiating the positional and pressure properties of various objects, regardless of mass and shape variations. The proposed sensor provides a new insight into the development of wearable electronics.
