In the rapidly evolving field of urban planning, managing and analyzing vast amounts of data efficiently is crucial for creating sustainable and well-functioning urban environments. This paper investigates the application of Apache NiFi, a powerful data integration platform, in urban planning scenarios. It focuses on evaluating the performance, scalability, and data quality management capabilities of Apache NiFi in handling data flows essential for urban planning applications. Through a detailed case study, this research demonstrates how Apache NiFi can streamline data ingestion, processing, and distribution, ensuring real-time data availability and high data integrity. The findings indicate that Apache NiFi enhances the efficiency and scalability of data management processes and provides robust support for maintaining data quality, making it an ideal solution for complex urban planning needs.
