The First Total Synthesis of Atricephenol A and Its Derivatives Has Been Developed Using Commercially Available Starting Materials. Key Steps in the Synthesis of Atricephenol A Include MOM Protection, Methylation, Hydrolysis, Esterification, and Acid-mediated Deprotection. Additionally, Derivatives of Atricephenol A Were Synthesized via One-step Methylation and Acetylation Reactions Starting From Atricephenol A.
